Christine Jackson


Christine Jackson is an Alpha class member of the Purdue-Alpha chapter. She is currently a 2nd grade teacher.  She has worked in various Industrial Engineering positions with UPS, Kraft General Foods and The Quaker Oats Company.  For several years, Christine was also the Manager of Training for the Tooling & Manufacturing Association.

Amara Bojrab

Vice President of Development

After graduating from Purdue University in May 2012 with a Bachelor’s in Agricultural and Biological Engineering, Amara started her career with Louis Dreyfus Commodities. After two years in a rotational program at three different sites, she entered my current role as an Operations Shift Supervisor at their Claypool, Indiana biodiesel facility. While an active she served as VP of Finance, VP of Internal affairs, Advisory Board, and Associate Member Educator. After graduating, Amara served as the Scholarship Chair for the Phi Sigma Rho Foundation.

Dominique Fantasia

Vice President of Programming

Dominique was initiated into the Penn State Lambda Chapter in Spring 2007. As an active sister, Dominique served as Recruitment Chair, Membership Educator, and Alumnae Chair. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and being active.

Ashley Mohler

Vice President of Publicity

Ashley was initiated into the Wright State University Alpha Zeta Chapter as a member of the Gamma class in Fall 2013. She served as the Sister at Arms, Ritual Chair, and President. Ashley graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. She is currently pursuing her MPH at The Ohio State University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors.

Rebecca Schmidt

Vice President of Strategy

Becky is a member of the Alpha Beta chapter at the University of Cincinnati. She served as the Vice President of Administration, Director of Scholarship, and President. Becky graduated in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, and is in the Commercial Development Program at Dow Chemical in Midland, Michigan. In her free time, she loves to travel, ski, and fuse glass into plates and penguin ornaments.

Kathryn Shrock

Vice President of Donor Engagement

Kathryn Shrock was initiated into the Alpha Chapter of Phi Sigma Rho as a member of the Alpha Gamma Class in March 2007. She served as Director of Scholastic Development of the Alpha Chapter. She joined the PSR Foundation Board in July 2015 as the VP of Donor Engagement.

Lexi Heironimus


Lexi was initiated into the Alpha Zeta chapter in 2013 as a member of the Beta class. She held many positions including the Vice-president of Programming, Philanthropy chair, and Alumnae Relations. She graduated with her Bachelors in biomedical engineering in April 2016 and is continuing her education pursuing a Masters in biomedical engineering. Currently employed as a research assistant, she hopes after getting her professional engineering license that she may work for an engineering consulting firm or conduct research with medical imaging technology.

Mary McWilliams


A member of the inaugural Phi Sigma Rho class at Ohio State University, Ms. McWilliams completed her undergraduate degree (B.S. MET) in 1990, received her MBA in 1997 and received her certificate in program and project management in 2009. Currently, Ms. McWilliams is employed as a lead engineer for the DLA Land and Maritime in Columbus, Ohio, where she is responsible for fiber optic specifications for the Department of Defense and its Agencies. She is currently working as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at DLA Land and Maritime having obtained her Black Belt in 2009.

Katie Shesko


Katie graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Zeta Chapter in 2010 with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering.  She has served on the Foundation as Treasurer and President.  She is owner of Easy On The Tush, a custom cloth diaper and sewing company.  In addition she is heavily involved in the Pittsburgh music scene as a member of various community bands and flute choirs.  Her most recent endeavor is opening her own flute studio teaching students how to play flute.
